Refund Policy

1. 7-Day Refund

If you are not satisfied with the course, you can request a full refund within 7 days of the purchase date.

Condition: You must not have completed more than 20% of the course content.

2. How to Request a Refund

We will respond within 2-3 business days.

3. Installment Payments

For courses purchased with an installment plan:

• You can cancel at the end of any monthly period
• No refunds for months already paid
• Access continues until the end of the last paid period

4. Exceptions

Refunds do not apply to:

• Courses purchased on special offer with large discounts
• Access where more than 20% of the content has been used
• Requests after 7 days
